Michael Duane Scott

Michael is a singer/song writer who lives in the Santa Cruz mountains with his wife Lorri and his two sons Alex and Tony. His songs are influenced by growing up in the 60's living in Nova Scotia, Canada and Austin, Texas and living life to it's fullest. Michael and Danny are currently playing as a duo called Duane & Dewitt and with the full band

Danny Gross

Danny plays lead guitar both acoustic and electric. He also provides solid backing vocals for the band. He studied at San Diego State and majored in music. His incredible talent can be heard on Asylum's Way new CD "Inside Man". He has been playing with Michael and Lorri since '98 in a cover band and since '03 in Asylum's Way. Currently he is playing with Michael in a duo called Duane & Dewitt and with the full band Michael Duane & the Corduroy Boys .

Lorri Scott

Lorri is a very busy and talented person. Not only does she collaborate with Michael and sing with Asylum's Way but she also is a full time artist and author. Her book"Poetry has had it's way with me" A collaboration with other poets can be found at (iUnivererse)

Daniel V. Lewis & Jim Norris

Daniel is an exceptional Bass player and with Jim Norris on Drums( a real pro) set the rhythm for the band. Both Jim and Daniel are professional musician's who work with many different bands across the country. Working with Daniel and Jim is an honor and their input and professionalism takes the band to another level.

Guest Artists

We are very lucky to play with some very talented musicians Charlie Wallace on Dobro and Pedal steel, Peter Hicks on Fiddle and Annie Stienheart on Fiddle. Their talent adds incredible layers to the music which enhances the overall sound greatly.
